Service Available: Verification of Payee (LHV EE)
Verification of Payee (VoP) for LHV EE is now accessible via the Connect UK host. The service uses an XML request format and routes requests directly to LHV EE. See the Verification of Payee LHV EE service for more details.

A new service is now available!
The Get list of webhook messages service provides access to previously sent webhook messages, allowing retrieval of delivery status and summary data for reconciliation and troubleshooting.

The Replay webhook messages service allows selected events to be resent to their original endpoints, supporting both failed and successful deliveries.

An optional parameter compressionEnabled is now available in webhook subscription configurations. When enabled, the entire webhook payload is compressed, and the HTTP header Content-Encoding: gzip is included in the request. This helps reduce message size and improve delivery efficiency. Connect EE webhooks can now be configured directly from the UK host. Although EE webhooks are managed through separate subscription services, they can be executed via a UK host by using the x-bank-code=LHVEE HTTP header. This eliminates the need to connect directly to the EE host and issue certificates solely for this purpose. More details at Managing Webhook Configurations

To improve traceability of returned payments, Transaction Notification and Account Statement messages will now include the original payment Account Servicer Reference whenever a transaction is marked as a return. This reference will be indicated in the Return Information section under Additional Information (AddtInf) tag.

An optional parameter removeAfterDelivery is now available in webhook subscription configurations. When enabled, this feature allows messages that are successfully delivered via webhook to be automatically marked as processed. As a result, such messages will no longer appear in the response of Get next message service.

We introduced a limit to allow up to 10 000 Pending VIBAN accounts at a time per single Master Account. This is enforced to avoid opening too many accounts due to any errors.
Limit can be overridden only on special request to our Support.

We’re excited to announce the launch of Metadata for Connect Messages and Webhooks, designed to enhance API usability by surfacing key data points like IBANs and transaction references directly in message structures. This improvement significantly speeds up integrations by reducing the need to parse large message bodies, enabling faster, more efficient workflows for our customers.

2024.07.29 - Published first version of Webhooks documentation - Webhooks. Service is currently in pilot testing phase and available for wide use in a few weeks!
2024.06.27 - Added descriptions for Messages V2 services. These are newer advanced services currently supporting only LHV UK messages:
2024.05.29 - New documentation portal at https://docs.lhv.com/connect is officially live! All old and new customers of LHV UK (LHV Bank Limited) should use this by default as their main source for integrating with our services.
LHV EE documentation at https://partners.lhv.ee/en/connect is still available, but UK related specifics shall be gradually removed.
