Dates and Time Zones

As we are actually providing the services from two different LHV entities from UK and EE we also provide the datetime timezone offset information where applicable.

Common format for UK datetime values shall be following:

YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss.sss+hh:mm
# offset can change from +00:00 to 01:00 depending on Standard or Summer Daylight Saving Time
# second fractions precision is 3 decimals or milliseconds

For example:
2023-08-07T16:26:28.351+01:00
