RTF - Routing Table Files message
Service description
Routing Table Files (RTF) include the set of direct and indirect payment scheme participants.
Messages appear in the Connect message queue depending on payment scheme. Customer cannot request for the files directly. All files are sent in machine-readable format and are full files.

Content Types
Content type property in the message indicates the payment scheme - sample files included:
application/vnd.lhv.step2.in.rtf – STEP2 SCT indirect participants
application/vnd.lhv.step2.di.rtf - STEP2 SCT direct participants
RTF files are available for following schemes:
STEP2 SCT - files are sent each time RTF is updated. Change occurs once a month. RTFs are sent week before change date. By default the change date is Tuesday and normally RTFs are sent on Monday For STEP2 SCT there will be 2 RTFs- for direct and indirect participants. RTF contents: participant BIC, name, date from which BIC is valid, date until which BIC is valid, BIC of the associated direct participant in case of indirect membership, settlement BIC, current status and payment types allowed.
